Steven Sklar, Esq.

Steven Sklar is a valued member of the legal team at Cohen Samuels.  His practice area focuses on the estate planning components to include the preparation of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives; to plan/prepare for the future, protect their assets, and carry out their wishes.  In addition, he is skilled at probate administration.  Steven is able to represents personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries in navigating the responsibilities and legal issues that arise during the administration of estates and trusts.

Steven earned his undergraduate degree from Northeastern University and his law degree from New England School of Law. He takes a practical and detail-oriented approach to his work, with an emphasis on understanding each client’s circumstances, explaining available options, and providing clear guidance throughout the legal process.

Outside of his legal practice, Steven is married and enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children.
