Heather E. Gunsten, Esq.

Heather E. Gunsten joined the firm in August of 2025; bringing with her fifteen years of experience. Ms. Gunsten has previously served as a judicial intern for the Honorable William P. Dimitrouleas of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. While in law school Heather served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Nova Law Review and as a research assistant for her Legal Research and Writing Professor. Upon graduation Ms. Gunsten joined a prestigious Am Law 200 law firm. Prior to law school Heather attended the Florida State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Heather enjoys attending industry meetings and conferences to stay current on recent developments in the applicable laws as well as new planning techniques. She is committed to working together with our clients to tailor an estate plan unique to their individual needs. Heather and her family enjoy cheering on the Florida State Seminoles!
